Hi, I rececived T4RSP and T4A this year, when I files F8891 distribution item, I am wondering to put both T4RSP and T4A amount together, or just T4RSP amount into F8891?

... and you are non-resident of canada, so your payer should be sending you NR4's. have you not infromed them that you left canada?

You report the pension income on the pension line of 1040. For canada, you needed to have 25% withheld and sent directly to CRA.
