About filing F8891

Hi, I rececived T4RSP and T4A this year, when I files F8891 distribution item, I am wondering to put both T4RSP and T4A amount together, or just T4RSP amount into F8891?

Form 8891 is only for RRSP.

... and you are non-resident of canada, so your payer should be sending you NR4's. have you not infromed them that you left canada?

T4A is for pension plan lump-sum payment, I informed Canadian gov of my non resident status, but not my employer, so ....

You report the pension income on the pension line of 1040. For canada, you needed to have 25% withheld and sent directly to CRA.

... and it looks like you did not inform your RRSP holder either.

Did you file a departure return when you left? (Rhetorical question, not asking for an answer).

I filed non resident status application last year and CAD gov approved.
