Canadians in US on TN/TD status, reporting foreign accounts?

Hi, My husband and myself have been in US on TN/TD status since 2012. Both of us still keep a Canadian RRSP accounts (his adding up to ~8000 CAD, mine adding up to ~11 000 CAD) and joint checking account with 2000 CAD left on it.
