i was temporary resident in Quebec in the first half year of 2010,moved to US in july 2010
i've filled my tax return via turbo tax and indicated that in 31/dec/2010 i wasn't candian resident
so although i completed my deferal return i don't have any option to "provincial summary" it seems that if ...

was temporary resident in Quebec(working visa) for almost 3 years .
now i'm residence of U.S.
is there any legal way to withdrow the money in my Canada Pension Plan?
i don't have problem to pay penalty and taxes but i need the money now
and anyway in my original country there isn't any arrangement ...

I left Canada at 1st july 2010 starting to work in US as temporary resident there.
