now i'm residence of U.S.
is there any legal way to withdrow the money in my Canada Pension Plan?
i don't have problem to pay penalty and taxes but i need the money now
and anyway in my original country there isn't any arrangement of direct deposit so i'm afraid that once i'll leave U.S i will loose trace of the money
please help

You will only get CPP when you reach at least 60, and it will be paid to you monthly at that time. Nothing can be done before this, and no lump sum withdrawal is possible.
Keep good records of your CPP contribution history. If you work long enough in US, CPP may help you qualify for SS as well.
