Where to find foreign income conversion currency exchange rates approved by IRA for filing 2009 global income reporting?

Is it possible to add foreign currency amounts before conversion and after conversion? I could not find this option in Turbo tax.

Bank of canada has reates for each month and will publish yearly rate next week.

The only way is to attach a software note to each line where you have made a conversion. But the entry in the official line must be in USD
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
