While filing first time US income tax, TurboTax calculates "penalty" based on the fact that the instalments were not paid thru the year. Is this right? This was first year in the country. Will IRS calculate this penalty?
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
