Form 8891

There is a reference to Form 8891 in the link https://serbinski.com/working-in-usa/rrsp

Rev. Proc. 2014-55, 2014-44 IRB 753, 10/07/2014, IRC Sec(s). 894 states that the Form 8891 is no longer required.
Should the website be updated, or are there circumstances where 8891 is required?

(If this has been addressed in the forum elsewhere, I apologize. I searched for 8891 and the system returned "This is a common word", and no matches were returned..."
