Tax Professionals in U.S.

Post by kelvin123 »

I am leading a research about tax professionals using taxprep softwares. It seems that the use in these softwares is increasing.
I would like to contact US tax professionals, to better understand your approach to these kind of softwares. Our insights may be used by this community.
Our global team is from Fox Business School of Temple University and the Coller Business School of Tel Aviv University. Tax professionals, if you are willing to assist, please email: omerfein@mail.tau.ac.il

"It seems that the use in these softwares is increasing."

It "seems that"?!

That is one hell of a piece of research.

I had erroneously concluded that most were still using paper, pen and calculator.

Oh, well, I guess I need to do more research.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best

Hi,
SMBs have been using all kinds of softwares for gathering the data and organizing the communication with their clients.
The market is flooded by solutions. I'd love to hear from your experience. I am sure there is a lot to inquire when it comes to accountants' habits.
