401K contributions for commuter

Canadian Living Canada, Working in the USA, Revenue Canada wants to tax my 401K contributions for 2014, is that right?

No. CRA allows a deduction for 401(k) contributions similar to one for for RRSP.
There is a form to fill.
This has been the case for 5 years now.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best

Yes, and I'm sure you will be able to find it on the CRA website. search for 401(k).
