What to attach to 1040 ?

What to attach to 1040 ?

Do I need to attach:

1) W-2 ?
2) 1099 ?
3) T4 (I submit 1116 for it) ?
4) T5 (I submit 1116 for it) ?
5) RRSP statement (I submit 8891 for it) ?

The principle for 1040 is that you only attach W-2 and any other 1099 slip that has Federal Tax withheld.

Nothing else. Nothing from canada
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
