I am a US resident (Canadian citizen) and have a small RRSP (only about $2000) dating back to my time as a student. What is the best thing to do with this? Should I withdraw it and what are the tax implications for doing so?
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
