RESP withdrawal concerns

We moved to Seattle from BC in 2019 and still live in WA state. Our daughter is going back to BC for University. We have substantial RESP money saved in Canada - we have not contributed since moving to the USA. I have declared the accounts on our FBAR - but that is it. We would like to withdrawal from the RESP to pay for our daughter's education. What special considerations do we have to take into account? She is now a Canadian resident again, but we the parents are not, will this affect the Grant portion?
