Dormant Consulting Company and Form 5471

I have a dormant Canadian Personal Service Company (didn't get any consulting contracts last year). No income, expenses and no related bank accounts. Do I still need to file a Form 5471?

File just page 1 of 5471 and mark it dormant citing Rev Proc
