Filing form 7004 - any downside?

Filing form 7004 - any downside?

This is a very simple question … is there ever any downside or risk to filing Form 7004 to get an extension on the 3520-A?

Other than admitting that you "owe them" a 3520-A, no.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
