TN filing 1040 MFS at 1040 MFJ Pro Forma rate

Hello,

Searched the net and didn't find any answer.

Background

Married Canadian citizen working in USA under TN Status
Family living in Canada
I visit Canada (family) about a week in a month

Question

Can I file 1040 MFS with my worldwide income and use 1040 MFJ Pro Forma rate ?

Sorry, missed a slight detail. The treaty allows you to file 1040NR (not 1040 MFS) using the pro forma 1040 MFJ rate.
