- no income in Canada
- no personal property in Canada
- employed in Washington USA
- dual Canadian and USA citizen
- no bank account
- no MSP care card
- children lives in Canada but no dependent age since Jan. 21, 2017
- has not filed returning resident (not sure if i filed exit)
- no permanent home in Canada ( no lease or ownership)
- full time employment in the State of Washington
- Washington driver's license
- vehicle registered and insured in the State of Washington
- Health insurance in the State of Washington
- Costco membership before separation from spouse

"Staying in Canada" means residing in Canada. You cross border every noght to go home? Resident in Canada.
