Declaration/reporting requirements for US pensions

Post by Fructose »

I'm a recent US resident but Canadian citizen with Canadian bank accounts,RRSPs,TFSAs etc and have recently discovered about all the US reporting requirements that entails.

However I also have some UK private pension scheme accounts, what are the specific reporting requirements on those?

My title is incorrect - it should say for UK pensions not US pensions

Sorry, don't have any info on UK pensions.

make sure you collapse your TFSA, its of no use to you now and you can refill it if you ever go back.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
