Back in mid-2013, I filed my 8854 and assorted other returns to the IRS.
My concern is that I still hold an TFSA and an RESP account.
Do I still need to file my 3520/A for these accounts, even after filing my 8854? I would hate to run afoul of the IRS in this regard, after doing all the hard work of the 8854 and final tax year statements etc.
Any clarifications are appreciated.

You are no longer required to report anything to IRS ither than US-sourced income on a 1040NR, just like any other non-citizen, non-resident, of the the US.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
As Rlb said, your last filing should take into account everything. I simply assumed that 8854 was filed along with everything else that was needed, meaning that expatriation took place in 2012. If it took place in 2013, then you have all of the same for 2013.
