Hi,

I am a Canadian and want to invest in US. Looking for an accountant who has expertise in both Canadian & US taxation to design a proper corporate structure.

Before you dish out $ 400 an hour plus for an accountant CA/ CPA ask yourself what type of investment require a corporate stucture in Canada and the US I do not see many that need a corporate structure in a cross border situation. You need to speak to any normal accountant first about the type of investment you will undertake to see if it merits a corporate structure, most do not in a cross border scenario unless its money thats already tied in a corp that you want to invest with.
