GST 2011

Good evening,

Kindly provide the suggestion on this. I made the tax return with H&R block for 2011. I had GST credit for 2011 and I made a direct deposit. I only received till July 2012 and I have never received after that. I went to H & R block yesterday and told to the tax lady. She checked for me and only saw the same. She suggested me to call CRA tomorrow and inquire for that. Any idea why I did not get it?
