RRSP and Schedule B and E

Post by panek »

I've checked through old posts but I'm still not entirely certain on this.

I have $13,000 in Canadian RRSP. I will be filing 8891 (this is my first year).
I will also be filing TD F 90-22.1.

1) Do I need to file Schedule B part III? When I went through TurboTax it didn't deem Schedule B necessary and yet it seems relevant.

2) Do I need to file Schedule E? I assume not. I did not receive any income from my RRSP.

Thanks!

1. yes, you MUST, and the answers are yes
2. Schedule E does not apply toi RRSPs.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
