Using canadian tuition credit for US/Canada tax

Post by Pulpssc »

Hi

Im a Canadian citizen who work in US and Canada currently (2 employers)

I made 200k from Canadian side and 200k from US side

I have some tuition credit for Canadian side. Is it possible to use it to save some taxes? Or is it useless since i will have to report entire income in US anyways? (My tax residence is US)

That credit is only available once you return to Canada.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
