Canadian living in the US on TN Visa Tax questioin
I am a Canadian working and living in the US on a TN Visa. I have been here for a complete calender year. how do I do my taxes ..please help.

Well, you should file something for 2008, at least a 1040NR. You will probably get a refund.
For 2009, you will file like any other US resident, 1040, reprting world income. You can use any of the tax software to do this.
Did you comply with all the Cdn departure tax requirements in 2008?
