I was filling my Rental Income Return for the year 2007 in Canada
I guess I just have to file FORM T776-06e
not T1159-06e
Is that correct?
thanks,

You need to file the actual 216 return (which is form 1159, the 2007 version)
I trust you have read the 216 return guide?

Always use the correct year vesions.

so I just need to file 1159 and not 776?
I did had the agent in Canada for collecting rent and he signed the NR6 form for year 2007.
so based on this should I really need to send 1159 only?
also last rent I got for rent was in December 2007, now I left the property (bank took over)
In that case should I also need to send some kind of form which tells them that I will not receive the rent anymore?
thanks once again for your help

You need both. How else do you determine your net income.
Did you read the 216 guide? Seems pretty straightforward.
As to what happens since you don't have rent... well you have no renatl income.
