What is the tax implication for commuting daily to Canada from US for employment with a work permit? would you be taxed by both Canada and US?

thanks in advance

You will be taxed first in canada. And then in US. The IRS allows credit for your Cdn tax. I don't know if your state of reissnce gives credit for any foreign tax. If not you will basically pay Cdn fed, Cdn prov, and US state tax on those wages.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
