I could not find any net income, there is Gross Income and Taxable income.

So does the taxable income signify the net income ?

Also I was going through the form for Child Tax Credit and there it ask for net income.

Does that mean the I have to specify my spouse US income after taxes (the paycheck amount) or the income that is reported on the company offer letter or is it from the W2.

This is the first time I am filing in Canada. In that case will Ufile work?

Also need some more information regarding how to apply for Universal child Credit, Child tax credit and GST/HST credit.

Do I have to apply prior to filing returns

Also forgot to mention, I have two kids who are my dependants and living with me in Canada. I did not work in the year 2012.
