Schedule K-1 supplement

I am a Canadian, with an IRA.
Bought a stock which falls under this "partner's share" income partnership!
I made no money, I lost money on the trade, I do not want to claim the deduction. It is a small loss.
Do I need to file the paperwork for it?

I am no longer living in the usa, and I am filing taxes in Canada...I am a Canadian citizen. I have my rsp in the usa in a traditional ira. Do I need to file anything yearly with the irs showing I am not touching that money? Do I need to tell Canada I have that ira and I am not touching it? So much ...

I left the us in 2012, and just paid out my taxes and penalties to the irs....I was wondering, if any portion of that is claimable, or is there a line on my cdn return where I can enter that...assuming this is beneficial for me. TIA
