T4A is for pension plan lump-sum payment, I informed Canadian gov of my non resident status, but not my employer, so ....

About filing F8891

Hi, I rececived T4RSP and T4A this year, when I files F8891 distribution item, I am wondering to put both T4RSP and T4A amount together, or just T4RSP amount into F8891?
