TFSA and RRSP accounts FBAR reportable as beneficiary?

Post by Who's On First? »

My wife is American and I am Canadian and we reside in Canada. My wife has to file FBAR information. I have a TFSA and an RRSP with her as the beneficiary. Are my accounts reportable even though they are not joint accounts?

If hse has no signing authority they are not subject to FBAR.

Until she gets money from thse accounts she is not subject to 3520 reporting either.
