please help: canadian mutual fund issue

My TD water house trading account hold both cash, stock generate me dividend.

The T5 slip I get from them only contains the interest from my cash, dividend from the stock but no slips for the TD mutual fund distributions.

I've checked my original tax slips and the duplicated slips I requested from TD water house recently for OVDI. Both does not include the T3 from TD mutual fund.

(By the way, it is until recent I start to know mutual fund would generates income called distribution, and the distribution would be re-invest automatically for new share. I thought they just like stock that brings me capital gain.)

I checked my previous year return, TD asset sent me T3 for the distribution. I input them into turbo tax blindly without know what are they.
