Have been in the US for 4 years now on TNs for bedside RN jobs. I'm completing my Masters degree and have been offered an opportunity to teach part time (clinical instructor for RN students). Would a TN visa be allowed for this? The employer would be a college (not a hospital) and was curious if anyone had experience or thoughts about this.
Yes. Post-secondary teaching is a TN qualifying job.
