My understanding is that it is completely legitimate for a US company to sponsor me as a TN (comp sys analyst) then pay me via a corp to corp contract between them and my Canadian corporation.
Is this true? and if so is there any official documentation that I can point the US company to as they are insisting the only legal way to do this is for them to pay me as a W2 which is a bit of a tax disaster for me as I need to remain a Canadian resident due to my family not being able to move south.
