Potential to work on two jobs under H1B and TN visa

Working with H1B (with 140 just being approved), currently on 30 hr/wk part-time schedule with my current employer, now I have another full-time job offer, can I accept the offer and work on two jobs? and 2nd job would start with a TN application.

no. you would need to switch the status of you current job to TN, then get second TN. You cannot be in the US on two different status.
switching your H1-B for a TN would not impact your GC proceess.
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
