I have a TN which was issued in 2021 but due to some family problems, I didn't joined my employer and never worked in USA. I do not have any paystubs. Now I am getting another offer from a different company. Will there be any issue for me to get my visa stamped for a different employer.
Also, Do I need to inform my previous employer for change in my TN visa status ?
