Part time TN second job visa expiry action

Got TN visa. Now in addition to that, I may get a part time visa for about 2-3 months on contract.

I know I can do additional work on TN for another employer. I can make another trip to border for that.

My question is when part time visa expires, do I have to again visit border to cancel or change I-94 or let it expire since I continue to maintain other TN status.

You will have 2 I-94s as prrof of both TNs. When one expires and the other is still valid, simply stop working for the expired job. The unexpired TN is still your status.
