Will this affect my US Citizenship next year?

I am a Canadian with US Green Card and live in Califonia now, I received my Green Card on July 2005. I own thress houses in Califonia, the one I am living now is on Short Sale. I am late on my mortgage payments and owe property tax on this house to my county due to financial difficulty. I am able to apply my US citizenship next year in April. I am planning to pay all my overdue property tax to the county before I apply US citizenship next year. Will this still affect my US citizenship application next year?
