I am setting up a Canadian Small Business which will have 3 employees (3 equal partners). All of our contracts will be consulting services with US companies. 2 of the employees are Cdn citizens while the 3rd is a citizen of another country in Canada on a work permit and applying for PR.
What types of visas will we need to perform the services in the US? We will not be in the US all the time, I expect 1-2 weeks per month maximum.
