Travel Outside the US during the Permanent Residency Process

I am currently on TN, which will expire next year in February. I submitted labor certification application few months ago, which is still pending.

My question is, can I travel outside US (on vacation to Europe) meanwhile? Or I should wait until Iâ€™ll get the I-131 Advance Parole approval?

You would only submit I-131 if you have submitted I-485. Until you submit I-485, you have done nothing to affect use, entry or renewal of TN.
