This is a general question...
My theory is that the number of CSA TN's has peaked in 2000. And with the declining strength of the US dollar, there have been less people that have used the TN's. Can anyone back up this theory? I don't believe the government posts the statistics on how many Canadians are on TN's, much less, how many Canadians are using the CSA category.
