My husband was told by a prospective contract employer for a corp to corp job that they do not do TN visas anymore because it isn't just that they provide a letter to my husband to present at the border - they said they have to send a letter directly to immigration and get the approval prior to him going to the border. Is this true? He has worked many times in the US temporarily on a TN visa but is running into resistance now.
