Any new TN application process developments?

Hello, I'm living in NYC on my fourth TN (Systems Analyst) and I'm going to apply for my fifth later this month at Pearson in Toronto. Does anyone know of any new developments in the application process over the past year?

Do the INS look for any new forms of documentation, has the process gotten more difficult? etc.

I just re-applied in August at the Sumas, BC POE (TN number 8 ). No changes in the process. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Cheers.
