TN support letter end date

TN support letter end date

Hi all,
I have a US job offer which does not have an end date. I am applying for TN and was wondering how the end date should be worded in the support letter. Will this be an issue that my job offer doesn't have an end?

Also the job offer says remote in parenthesis as I'm supposed to work from home. Wondering if this will be an issue?

A good letter doesn't specify an end date. It simply states that you will work for a period no longer than 3 years
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
