I140 denied

Hello,

I worked on TN 3 years, and I applied for GC in August 2007. I just received the denial notice for I-140 via email (I don't know the exact reason, I am waiting for them to mail it to me).
What are my options now? I know I cannot apply again for TN, but can I apply for H1B when possible, and start the GC process again?

Did you submit an I-485 along with your i-140?

If not, then there is no reason you can't continue getting TN.

Yes, unfortunately I applied concurrently I-140 and I-485 ...

Your best approach, in consultation with company lawyers, will be to contest the denial.
