I am on TN status working here in USA.
I applied for the non-residency status in Canada for tax purposes.
The response I've got from them was "you become a factual resident of Canada" which means you have to pay taxes exactly as you are earning in Canda.
somebody share their experience how they are filing taxes in Canada?
any tax saving tips??
Thanks,

How about posting this ion the tax portion of this site.
When you do, outline some of your situation, since it is very unusual for someone living and working in US to be a factual resident, unless one has multiple ties in canada including spouse and home.

After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
