Work Visa For Wife?

I'm a Canadian citizen, but for the last 5 years I've been living overseas with my wife who has both NZ and Australian citizenship. If we move back to Canada, can she get a work visa without a job offer? If so, how long would it generally take for it to be granted assuming we applied as soon as we arrived in Canada?

I've done a lot of searching, but haven't been able to find this specific information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No, she cannot get a work visa without a job offer

(unless of course she qualifies for the New Zealand or Australian Working Holiday Programs, which you apply for in Sydney). Otherwise, you have to file a sponsorship application for her.
