Withdrawal of PR Application

Post by crj-701 »

Dear Mr. Liberman,

Thank you for the excellent service you provide to those aspiring to immigrate to Canada.

I had submitted my application for immigration to CIC Buffalo, back in March 2005. However, due to my present professional commitments (I fly for a major airline in the USA) I may not be able to live the required number of days in Canada to maintain my PR status (if approved).

Due to the above I would like to withdraw my application for permanent residency. I would be grateful if you could let know the procedure to accomplish the same.

Thank you.

Thank you.

The procedure is to write to the visa post and inform them that you are withdrawing your application. If you have paid the Right of Permanent Residence Fee already, it will be refunded.
