Can Cdn co on 8-31-15 year-end file 1120-F before 9-1-15?

Empty Canadian corp on 8-31-15 YE whose sole and only activity and reason for filing is to report K-1 received from a 2014 calendar year partnership. Corp has completed the return. Is there any taxpayer or IRS or preparer issue (including circular 230 ) in filing now versus waiting until Sept 1, 2015?
