NR4 - non resident

I have been deemed a non-resident after living in the US for 7 years. I cashed out a locked in Mutual fund in 2014 and a large % was deducted. I just received my NR4. I have no clue how to proceed. I downloaded Turbotax thinking I could file that way. It was of no help at all. Can anyone offer and advice? I have been unable to locate an accountant in my area that knows Canadian tax laws.
