Company i work for is offering a fully insured 412(e)(3) plan but no 401(k) plan.

Are there any tax consequences of this plan if i ever move back to Canada (ie., in the next 10 years)?

Its a pension plan, and will be treated as such in Canada
After 20 years, I am severely cutting back on responses. Do not ask specifically for my help. There are a few others on this board that can answer most questions. All the best
